CPU to 30% when activate the Plugin Page approval

Hello

When active the plugin Page Approval 2.0.2 , in 5 minutes, the CPU of server UP to 30% avery day, and Load Average up to 1

When deactivate the plugin, the CPU dow to 2% and Load Average to 0.20

Hardware: Debian Quad Core 16Gb ram, fisical

Java: 1.7.0_11

Version 4.3.3

With 541 Spaces, 643798 pages

In dump Theat Show this lines:

Any ideas?

The problem is my BBDD have tables with errors, solved the errors and the page aprove work fine
