I just get Real + Ideal on the charts, the Completed issues never show up, and we are completing them. Tickets are in 'Closed' state - we have a custom workflow so the Resolution is NOT 'Resolved' but something else.
Yes, you are right. It's the restriction of this plugin. It can't show other statuses for custom workflow. The new version coming soon. You will be able to specify the custom statuses which will be considered for a plugin as "Сompleted".
