BulkClone and Crowd groups authorization

Does the Bulk Clone plugin work with Crowd authentication? We created a BulkClone group in Crowd and assigned users to it. We followed the instructions in the zip file to install the plugin and the two accompanying files.

But, we still cannot get the Bulk Clone option/tab to show when browsing the project. We are on jira 4.3.3 and we used the appropriate plugin version.

So, what are we doing wrong?

i'm also facing the same problem for 5.1 version. I tried in many ways.... but the plugin we downloaded from the below link is working fine
