I've set up a workflow. At each transition, the reporter changes the assignee to the person who now has to action it. I have used the script runner send custom email based on the condition that the assignee has changed during the transition. However, it does not fire and the email is not sent.
Can anyone explain the logic of this condition to me - is it meant to fire on a change of assignee during a transition or is it checking against some other data?
I think it may depend on the ordering of the function. Is this the first function in the list of post-functions, or at least before the ones that save and reindex the issue?
