Bug if default language set to Arabic (Lebanon)

Hi;

When i select default language as Arabic (Lebanon) (or English (Lebanon)), sysyem not work properly. in this situation, in some times, the RTL not work properly, but translation work perfect. after i changed default language to EN, everything work good.
