Bogus error when trying to remove the plugin

Given that there is no issue tracker for this plugin (or at least - I didn't find one)

Something went wrong while updating the plugin from 1.0-beta to 1.0

Trying to remove the plugin resulted in following error

The stash plugin is disabled but it cannot be removed ..

Bringing down the service, cleaning up the plugins and bringing it back up resolved the issue
