I am using Zephyr for JIRA (Version 2.6.3) - and have two test cases that link to JIRA requirements. However, when I go to the traceability report, nothing is displayed. No matter what Version/Type is selected, the only output is "No Issues Found" - and this is not true.
The Test Metrics and Test Summary pages work fine.
I specifically created a Requirements and Test Issue and linked them - and made sure they had the same version and still - nothing displays.
