Bitbucket server: Mail notifications for push to release branch

In the past we were using following plugin for mail notification: Push Email Notifier.

This plug in is not supporting Bitbucket Server 5.3.1.

Is there another way to get mail noitification when a release branch is created or there are commits in a release branch?
