As per my project requirement, I had wrote a script that count characters of any text box and it if the limit exceed by 150 characters, It throw error to user.
I had applied that script by creating a new Behaviour for that custom field, and it works as expected on JIRA create/edit forms.
But this script is not running, when any user try to open the ticket using service desk.
Script runner version : 3.0.16
JIRA Version : 6.3.12
Can you please advise...
