We are experiencing a timeout when accessing Automation for JIRA at variable times of the day. Times when the attached proxy message appears are more likely to be between 9 and 10am and/or 3-5pm.
The interface will appear to work perfectly in one moment and then timeout in the next. Is there a reason why we would be experiencing these timeouts? and anything we can do to prevent them from occurring?

I have never encountered this before. I am not sure they are timeouts but they could be.

If not, I think this may be better suited to a support case as I think there may be clues in the Jira logs as to why this is happening.
