Can I delete and disable an automation rule in Automation Section since I am using the Project Automation Plugin? I tried to disable it by going in the default with Name: Transition on Comment and uncheckingn the enable rule box but Jira will not load and/or update the page.

Hi Polina,

You should definitely be able to delete or disable rules, this can easily be done from the list of rules on the main page.

It sounds like you may have a more serious issue. Are you able to raise a support request at:
