Hi,
I am using Automation Lite for JIRA (1.5.10) with JIRA Server 6.3.15.
I have set up a rule to comment on issues that have not been updated in over 28 days. This is the trigger:
- Type: JQL Filter Trigger
- JQL expression: updated <= -28d AND status = "With Customer"
- Limit results:
- CRON schedule: 0 0 6 ? * *
This always runs on time, and always comments on what it is expected to comment on, but will also comment on issues that do not match the SQL expression; usually on issues it has commented on in the last few days.
For example, some of the issues it commented on this morning, it also commented on yesterday morning.
Can anyone advise why this might be happening?
