Automation Lite for Jira and updating nFeed fields

Hello all,

I've tried using Automation Lite for JIRA to update nFeed fields and the add-on doesn't seem to work.
Tried the following:
1. Scheduled update nFeed fields.
    Audit log indicates that the cron job is executed, but nFeed fields are not updated.
2. Update nFeed fields during transition.
    Tried transitioning issues in the corresponding project, but the audit log doesn't show any job is triggered.

Did I do something wrong in my setup? Do I miss a crucial step or is this a known issue?

Hi Jeff,

It's not a known issue.

Can you raise a support request via https://codebarrel.io/support and include screenshots of

• your rule configuration, 
• the audit log showing an execution that didn't work
• the issue history tab of an issue that should have been edited

We can then take a closer look and try to re-produce the problem.
