Automatically set "Date of reaction" and "Date of resolve" when customer create the request

Hi, dear community!

Is it possible in Service Desk Cloud to set automatically "date of reaction" (time between creating the taks and the first comment) and "date of resolve" (time + 16 hours starting with first comment) when the customer create the request from the portal?
