Attempting to call webhook generates 403

I'm testing out Automation for JIRA (Cloud). I've setup a rule to listen for an incoming webhook. When I call the webhook using the example listed in the rule configuration screen, I get a 403 back from the server and the rule isn't triggered. Here's the curl command used (sans hook ID):

curl -X POST -H 'Content-type: application/json'<hookid>

Why isn't this triggering the rule?

Hey Kilby,

I just tested a webhook I defined in cloud and it worked fine for me. Can you raise a support request via and include your webhook token (in the URL) so I can take a closer look at what's causing this?

Thanks for the quick response, Andreas. I realized yesterday that I forgotten to reenable the rule. Once I turned it back on it was accepted w/ a 200. Apologies for the confusion.

No worries - all good.  We thought about perhaps returning the fact that the rule is disabled in the HTTP response, however it's not a good idea since a potentially attacker could use this information to guess URLs (that might be enabled in future).
