As a system administrator, why can I not see all the story maps anymore after upgrade to 1.8.4?

How can I enforce administrator group is explicitly part of User Story Maps access rules when each user create their own story map?

If they do not add the admin group, how can I remediate?

An assumption would be, that you have reverse proxies, which does not allow double slashes in URLs and may convert http://{{yourJiraHost}}/jira/plugins/servlet/bit-storage/storymap/maps// into http://{{yourJiraHost}}/jira/plugins/servlet/bit-storage/storymap/maps/
Compare our related ticket: https://bauer-it.atlassian.net/browse/KI-15

Otherwise please make sure "administrator" group is explicitly part of the  User Story Map's access rules.

I don't know what the problem is.  We were on 2.7.6 and I saw a lot of maps.  After upgrade to 2.8.4 I only see a few maps.

do you think you lost the data (in this case we can recover it) or do you think you have no access as administrator? (Administrators only have access if it has been granted explicitly)

Sorry Florian.  I made a typo we are on 2.8.4 and we upgraded from 2.7.6.  There was not external storage change.  Please advised.

this upgrade step includes a db move from an external storage to your internal JIRA server. In this way there is no need to request external resources anymore.

however there has been performed an automated import, which keeps your data in sync.

do you think you lost the data or do you think you have no access as administrator? (Administrators only have access if it has been granted explicitly)

Hi,

Do you use Jira Cloud or Jira Server?

Which Jira Version do you use?

Please ensure that the latest version is installed.

Could do you explain me more exactly, what you can not see? Map menu, Map content...

Can you please send me your Browser log or screenshot of the error tag?

In Google Chrome for example, press F12 then change to the console tag and refresh the page.

Gianni
