This still does not work. We have configured everything we think properly, also on the comments from Antonella.

@Approved or @Approved@ does not work..

Can you guide us how to fix this? Can we send you some support documentation?

Hi Stefan,

Please provide me the following screen-shoots:

  • Outgoing mail server set up
  • Incoming mail - POP / IMAP Mail Server set up
  • Mail Handler setup
  • atlassian-jira.log file on disabling enabling the add-on, in order to verify if the Approval mail handler is registered properly
  • an incoming Approval Request e-mail
  • an e-mail sent for approval.
