Anyone else having difficulties exporting charts with the Scroll PDF Exporter add-on?

I'm having troubles exporting charts with the Scroll PDF add-on.  The chart (time series) in question is pulling data directly from a JIRA .db (Bob Swift SQL add-on), chart created with the Chart from Tables macro, using the standard Confluence Template for PDF export and nothing excluded in the export options.

Note: the table data is exported, but not the graph itself.

Hi Brian,

I assume this is because the graph data is loaded dynamically from JIRA, and is not stored within the page storage format (which is used to create the PDF export).

To further investigate, it would be great if you could reach out to us via support@k15t.com and provide some further information about which versions of Conflunce, JIRA, PDF Exporter and Bob Swift SQL you're using - we'll then have a closer look and will come back to you with further information.

Best,
Nils

Hi Nils,

The version info you request has been provided via #19023.

Thx,
-Brian
