Allow user to input list of items in Service Desk

We are using Service Desk for raising purchase orders and would like to allow our (internal) customers to input a list of items and their quantity, something similar to the attached. Has anyone done anything similar to this before?

Hi Calamatta,

You can create custom fields:

  • Single-select or multi-select list field for Item
  • Number field for Quantity

Place these custom fields on XXX: JIRA Service Desk Screen and then configure the request type field to include the custom field to be shown on the Customer Portal. Check How do I add more fields to the Service Desk Request form for more information on how to add new fields on the Request Type. You can also check Edit the fields your customers see on Creating service desk request types.
