Allow some users to vote more than once (heavier weight voting)

Is it possible to allow users to vote more than once?

For example: an administrator should be able to vote 1,2,3,4 or 5 points on 1 issue because he thinks this is more important.

A normal use can only vote for 1 point.

Hi Wouter -

Looks like Atlassian has said they won't add this: I think the intent of voting is to allow *users* to show that they care about an issue being fixed or implemented. It's not really meant for work prioritization by decision-makers like product owners or managers. That sort of stuff is kind of out of the scope of Jira. If you are using Jira Agile you can rank issues on a backlog, but that's still done by one product owner in response to activities done outside of Jira.

Atlassian themselves have voting on new features for their products. They do take votes into account when planning, but, exactly as you say, there's a lot of other factors that feed into the decisions made by the various product owners.

However, I'm not sure this was aimed at the Atlassian team - it names a 3rd party plugin (One I've no experience with)
