Allow mails to be sent from an issue with JEMH

Hi

 

I would like to know if JEMH has the capability to allow a user to send an email from an issue i.e. without the use of post functions. So basically there would be a button available on the issue, which when clicked will open a popup with the summary being populated in the subject line, and fields like From, To, Body, etc. Reason I ask is because business actually click on the .eml file in the issue. this then opens Outlook...and then they send email to the client.

 

So wondering if JEMH can do above please without the need of having to go through Outlook

Hello,

This feature exists, it is called Ad-hoc Notifications.

You can use custom ad-hoc notifications templates if you want customised subject/body content.
