Hello,
I'm using Tempo 7.6.2.1 and starting to configure it for our company. As part of our time planning process, I was wondering what is the best approach to plan time for a project when the resources are not known yet. In other words, I'd like to plan for resources in the next two months for projects that are starting then to find out how many people we will need. Should I create a dummy user to plan time against these project and then edit them as I start to match them with real people?
Thanks,
Ellen
Hi Ellen,
The planning feature in Tempo Timesheets requires a JIRA user so you would need to create a dummy user. We are working on team/unknown-based planning in Tempo Planner to be released soon.
Cheers,
