After Upgrade to 5.1: Could not configure listener: - Many Errors in Log

For every JIRA Startup, I See:

2012-12-10 21:02:51,013 localhost-startStop-1 ERROR [atlassian.jira.event.DefaultListenerManager] Could not configure listener: Open on reply from customer in WFC className:com.atlassian.jira.toolkit.listener.AutoTransitionListener

com.atlassian.jira.event.ListenerException: Could not create listener for class: com.atlassian.jira.toolkit.listener.AutoTransitionListener
at com.atlassian.jira.event.ListenerFactory.getListener(ListenerFactory.java:42)

For several Listner services, and they do not fire.
As Atlassian does not support the Toolkit, anyone who can assist?

wich version of Jira Toolkit Plugin you currenty use?

I use 0.25 currently.

The problem started with 5.1 and I upgraded to 5.1.2 yesterday - no change

hmm i use the same version...

have you tried to remove it and let it be re-built fresh?

Yes, I have rebuilt the Listern with same result.

CORRECTION - all problems came with the upgrade to 5.2 (not 5.1 as stated above)

Secondly, after upgrading to 5.2 I have seen several other errors:

* Repeatly com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:attachmentmodule errors on issues

* NullPointerException moving issue

*

oh ok. sorry to read that...

did you already filed a support request ?

if not i suggest you do so...

I can actually reproduce this on my personal JIRA just by: Upgraded to 5.2.1, Intalled JIRA toolkit and created a Test listener
