Advance Export: After clicking on Export button, loader keeps rotating.

I have installed Advance Export Add-on in our JIRA instance.

I have executed a query resulting 5 issues. I have selected Advance Export and selected some fields and history to export. After clocking on Export button, the loader keeps rotating. Not able to generate .csv file.
