Add directory synced users to jira groups

Hi,

Have created a directory sync against Active Directory and installed the Kantega SSO Add-on.

Now when i sync users they get added but cannot login because they dont belong to an "application" (jira group).

At the moment i have two groups called:

jira-administrators
jira-software-users

Have tried to configure the directory sync to use LDAP Permission: Read Only, with Local Groups and supplied jira-software-users into the "Default Group Memberships". But it dont seem to work.

The text under the textbox for the default group says:
"A comma-separated list of groups that users will be added to when they first log in. This will only be done once per user. These groups will be created if they don't already exist."

But dont seem to work for SSO?

If i go to one of the synced in users i have a warning that says: "This user has not appropriate access and won't be able to log in until added to an application"

Anyone that can assist?

My question is really how i assign a default group/application access to all AD synced users.

Give new users access to these applications when they are created or invited:
JIRA Software is checked.

But when new users are synced from AD, they dont have the Jira Software Application Access checked.
