Hi I am new to JIRA and ZAPI. I was trying to test the connection to my local JIRA / ZEPHYR installation (evaluation copy) thru postman. But I am always getting a HTTP-403 - Forbidden request error. I am using basic auth. What could be the problem? I have the obtained the current versions from Altassian market place for both Zephyr and ZAPI.
Could you please let us know if the issue is only with postman? Did you try any other client like Advanced REST client. Here are few sample requests you can try out.
Coming to the auth part, basic auth should be fine if you have provided the correct user credentials before firing the calls.Here is a related article on our support forum, please feel free to browse for more.
