Ability to chat with users who are looking at same issue by clicking their name?

In the plugin, whoslookin, is it possible to chat with those users looking at the same issue as you? Sort of like an internal side chat messenger?

Not possible using this plugin. You will have to search for "instant messaging" n JIRA. Haven't used one myself.
