A way to disable the Jira Client banner that appears at the top of the JIRA page for users upon login

Is there a way to disable the Jira Client banner that appears automatically the top of the JIRA page for users upon login? I know you can dismiss it, but I'd like to set it so they don't see it at all as I don't want all users on this tool - just certian admins!

Here's the trick: open Plugin Manager, select JIRA Client plugin, expand "Modules" and disable module that is named "servlet-filter:Use JIRAClient notification(use-jira-client-notification)"
