1h JIRA Timesheet - Sum Subtasks - Tasks not all showing

When creating a timesheet report based on a filter, when I select "Sum subtasks" the report does not show all of the issues and therefore not all of the people assigned to a task shows up in the report.

How come I cannot see all of the issues?

Hi Angela, It might that issues not shown are sub tasks, so they are summed up into parent task. Otherwise, do you know what issues are not shown? Do they match any criteria? Thank you.
