100% cpu when tempo is enabled

Christoph Moser January 2, 2013

Hi,

we have jira 5.2.2 and tempo 7.4.3.

If tempo is enabled jira "crashes" after a few seconds/minutes.

Any suggestions how to fix?

Thank you.

Did you upgrade tempo recently ?

anything in the logs at all or any core dump from the jvm if the jvm has crashed?

check to see what threads are running/busy grabbing the cpu

Try these steps and see if it helps

Clear out tomcat work/tmp directories

Clear out plugin cache directory located under your jira.home/plugin/.osgi-plugins

remove everthing under .osgi-plugins directory and start it up again to see how it behaves.

cheers
