xporter template

I updated the sporter template and now the post function to send out an email is not working. what is the correct way of updating the template so it doesn't affect the post function? What do I need to do in the backend to make it work?

Hi Michelle, 

To update the template you must go to Jira Administration - Add-ons - Xporter - Templates. There you select the template that you want to update:

 Issue Detail Excel for this example.

Choose the file that you want to upload and press update.

After that, to update post function configuration please follow the steps on our documentation:

Thank you for your response.

The post function is only working for email addresses that are outside the company.  For some reason, it's not issuing emails to users within our company.  In the post function, I have selected a custom field that is a "user picker & group searcher".  How can I determine whether the problem lies within our systems or Jira?
