why mocky app not working in confluence after installing?

I am installing Mocky app in confluence and nothing is working in this app. I want to make a Mockup, elements are not visible to me.

@Maria Ali If everything has installed properly and it is not working I would suggest clearing your browsers cache or trying another browser.  If this does not fix the issue I would submit a support issue to the app vendor here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1225654/ui-wireframes-mockup-prototype-diagrams-for-confluence?tab=support&hosting=cloud
