where can find steps to integrate our app with JIRA?

Hi, we would like to integrate our product  with JIRA, The product would connect people by chat, video and voice. help me get the steps to include our product with JIRA.

I see, there is a market place that where we can see our product under communication system.

So two questions we need to ask before we can get very far:

  1. Server or Cloud?
  2. What do you want this "integration" to do?  What will the end users see?  Is it supposed to be part of the UI, or an external thing that can talk to Jira (comment and update issues, get issue data out etc)?
