what is the best plug in for overall resource management within Jira?

I would like to be able to view tasks for all users to allow allocation of new tasks, see who is busy etc?

Hi Vicki,

I haven't used any resource management tools within Jira, but are you are just wanting to get an overall idea of how many tasks are assigned to each person?
