update line manger filed from active directory.

Dears,

I have add-on to get the line manger from active directory in JSM this is for approvals purposes.

some times the line manger is empty in active directory so I set it as default Value for example (SYSTEM)

I want to create automation to refetch the line manager again form active directory once the customer comments the issue 

I try below action 

Re-fetch issue data 

But it didn't help is there any idea ?
