update created page title based on parent page when using confiforms form

Hi,

I have utilized ConfiForms to create several forms, one of which is the main form named "Form A." When a user fills out "Form A," a new page is generated with the name derived from the entry field in the form, named "Software." This newly created page displays the filled information along with four additional forms, namely Form B, Form C, Form D, and Form E. Subsequently, when the user completes "Form B," a new page is created as a child of the page generated by "Form A."

My challenge lies in naming this child page based on its parent page. Specifically, I aim to set the name as "[entry.software]-XYZ."
the first part of the name is name of parent page and the 2nd part is a word.
could you please help me?
