You leave a lot of the imagination, like if you are using a apache rewrite/mod proxy in front of it, but in short i noticed that if your server URL is set to https://confluence.your.company.com/, but you are accessing it through https://confluence/ this could create problems specifically with UPM upgrades.

If you are using a mod proxy, and is using the correct and full server-url but missed out on the proxy statements in server.xml, this behavior can be seen too.

A fast fix (which does not require a restart) can be to switch the server url to the none SSL port (normally 8080, but please check this) by setting the application url to http://confluence.your.company.com:8080/, surf to that URL, update UPM, and switch it back again.

If little or nothing of this corresponds to your setup, add more details and ill do what i can to help you out.

Jonas,

Thanks a lot for your reply.
Our JIRA is installed on our own internal server and i've installed JIRA and Confluence on the same machine with this doc :
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ATLAS/Dragon+Slayers+with+JIRA+Already+Installed

Perhaps it's the cause of my trouble ?

What do you think about it ?

Regards.
