tempo timetracking - report of actual spend hour vs allocated hour

Hi all,

I just recently install and i would like to ask,

My management would like me to produce a report that can show actual spend hour vs allocated hour. 

Basically, our management would like to see a report showing if an engineer is logging ridiculous long hours (5-7 hours) for such a trivial task or issues. 

How do i do this with tempo reporting to produce reports for roughly 9-10 engineers? 

Does anyone can help?

it seems like tempo only provide time tracking (logging work hour). 

And the app itself provide a very limited reporting capability. 

i cant believe i have spend another $$$ just for building a simple average and mean hour logged report
