yesterday i was able to lok my work time or plan time. Today all i get is plan time. How do i get the work time back. I have tried logging out and back in but it will only allow me to do plan time now.

Can you please give us some additional information about this.
Has anything changed in your permissions (Tempo Timesheets access permission, Work on Issues permission, ....)
In case no changes were made to your permissions, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support channel, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this.
