replace symbol in custom text

Hello.

Can somebody help, please?

I need to run task by sending from jira a web request. But my link have a {{issue.components.name}}, they are write in adress like Component1, Component2 and with symbol "," i cannot send this POST request.

I have idea that i can create a Custom Field and copy components into it, but how to replace the ","?

Component1, Component2 into Component1; Component2

well, solution is a - {{#urlEncode}}{{issue.components.name}}{{/}}

Rule works when i use copy-field of component, and manually change "," to ";". So the problem is, how to config rule to automatically change symbol.
