"Error Initializing test steps: Request failed with status code 500

In xray application, under configure Settings-  added a "Test Step" and saved 

Deleted one of the step that is not required.

Then the issue has raised

- Cannot see any steps in the Test step (configuration settings)

- All the fields got deleted (Including the native fields)

- All the Test step fields Jumped to Test Run custom fields

- all the test step fields are missing 

Did anyone faced this issue? i need help
