can anyone help me to understand why i am getting  error

"Changes  via structure board is not allowed in generator Setting"

This issue is coming when we are adding the issue using "Drag and Drop

Hello @Nishant Paraskar ,

Extend, Group and Sort generators all have an option to "Allow changes via Structure".

When it is enabled, you can move the issues within the structure and the corresponding Jira values will be updated.

When it is disabled, as it appears is the case here, you can only view the hierarchy defined by the generators.

You can check the settings for the generators in use to determine if allow changes is disabled.
