not working with refined theme, error0 during generate

Hi - great idea, great Plugin!

but at the moment it seems not to work with refined theme, generating an error0 when one hits "generate".

When i switch back to the default confluence design, it is working fine.

if i can be of any help just let me know.

thanks, but i am quite sure the problem is with "instant websites" plugin, seems that they can not render the pages for export when the refined wiki theme is active.
