Hi,
Did anyone encountered this problem after the September 19, 2020 release?
https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/September+19%2C+2020+-+Minor+Update+-+v1.1.48-1.014.000
Hi @Jocelyn Bernales ,
that seems to be an error returned by Jira itself; some new constraint may have been introduced by your Jira administrator (it's the most common scenario) *but* this needs to be analyzed more carefully.
Concerning the concrete error you're having, you'll need to provide more information so I recommend you reach out Xray support and the team will be glad to help you out.
Regards
Sérgio

@Sergio Freire - Xblend Seems this is an issue.
I am also facing same.
Need suggestion here, if time permits:

I still have not found a fix for this issue. My work-around is to import the json test result directly in Jira UI.
If you import the json file by API, you got the error. But OK when importing in UI.

The best solution will be to reach out Xray support and the team will support you throughout the issue you're facing.
