There's a helpful resource here about using the Cloud Migration Assistant to assess which of your apps are installed on server. Notice that in section 2, it is recommended to use a third-party app called Power Admin (now owned by Appfire) to see how heavily apps and other configurations are actually used across the instance.
Since you can no longer trial or purchase new Server apps, we recommend downloading the Data Center version and activating a Data Center trial for use on your server instance. You can contact Appfire support if you need any help getting started.
