how to link GTM with Jira issue custom field

I have created a custom field with type List Field(select one), in this field, the list values should be Triggers list from GTM (Google Tag Manager).

How can I link GTM with Jira to retrieve and display Triggers list as a list value for custom field?

Kindly help me out please
