how to do the sums in an excel file with xporter for Jira ?

I'm trying to create an excel file that is a template for Jira's xporter to get the sum of the issues of a certain type and for a certain component in rows and columns of an excel sheet, but then I can't get the sum in rows and columns, can someone using xporter explain me how to do it? I'm using the command "sumA1:A12" for example of excel, but at each export of xporter the value remains zero.

We don't know your template, however, a possibility is using a dynamic table.
