Hello,
There is a problem while using Time in status plugin. The settings are the following:
Saturday and Sunday are marked as non-business days. But when I export time in status, it counts these days as business days. For example, if the status date is 07.08.21, and the status changed at 10.08.21, it counts number of days as «3,6», not «1,6».
Why does it happen, what can I do to fix it?
Hello @Escobar2021 ,
That screenshot seems to be from our app Time in Status.
I guess the confusion is about the Day Length setting. I suggest you to change the Day Length setting to "24 Hour Days" to see if that is what you are looking for.
The following documentation page explains the use of Day Length:

If that doesn't help, please send an e-mail to plugin@obss.com.tr. Our support team will be happy to help you.

Hi @Escobar2021 ,
If below is the plugin you are using, just reach out to the vendor support. They will for sure help you.
