I made an ticket on DEISER support and they helped me with another version.
It seems that with older versions of jira , the attachment are in a different place and exporter did not recognized. Maybe when you upgrade to the latest version you're problem could be solved.
Deiser was very quick to respond and we worked together to troubleshoot this problem. Very nice people.
