Few users in my organization get the above error when trying to view the test cycle in Jira.
Any solutions will be appreciated.
I am getting the same error while loggin in with adminstrator user id , any help. ? did u find solution ?
Try clearing the cleanup cycle cache and cleanup cycles.
JIRA Administration -> Add-ons -> Zephyr For JIRA: General Configuration -> Cleanup Cycles. Here, run both buttons Cleanup Cycles and Cleanup Cycles Cache.
